Introduction: Adolescence is marked as a critical period of human life because the rapid physical and sexual growth. Technological advances in recent decades have increased interaction adolescents with screen-based technologies. The unhealthiest diets all age groups, most do not meet national guidelines for activity. Objectives: To assess activity, dietary pattern screen time among urban to find out association Screen Time different variables. Methods: A cross sectional study carried Udaipur, Rajasthan prior permission from ethical committee. included 250 (10 19 years) selected by multistage sampling method. Leisure Exercise Questionnaire Godin Shephard was used weekly Physical Activity score. Eating habits were investigated using self-administered questionnaire which we asked questions about food consumed week. ≥2 hours/ day categorized high sedentary behaviour, whereas <2 low behavior. Results: In current prevalence High unhealthy diet around 83% 60% respectively. Around 25% had habit taking breakfast regularly while less than 30% meal without fail. found be associated significantly activity p < 0.01, gender (p = 0.01) 0.01. Conclusion: type diet, it has no role play phases adolescence.
